A hospital doctor, who contracted coronavirus earlier this year, says she experienced a six-month illness - not a two-week sickness.
Dr Jemima Nilan, 35, tested positive for Covid-19 in March. She says she thought that she would go back to normality, after two to three weeks but instead she says the experience was increasingly frustrating where she was tired all the time, with breathlessness. Initial symptoms At first, she says she felt a little under the weather - she initially woke up with a sore throat.
Then she realised she wasn't getting any better. She became more tired and had a fever. The following morning she tested positive for Covid-19.
