An unvaccinated couple died on the same day after catching Covid-19, leaving behind four devastated children.Alvaro and Sylvia Fernandez passed away within hours of each other on December 19.

Mr Fernandez, aged 44 from California, US, was concerned about the vaccine and wanted to carry out more research before having the jab, reports The Mirror.He and his partner, who had also not received the vaccine, tested positive for the virus just days before they died from complications, Mr Fernandez's sister Alma Hernandez stated.She added: "He (Alvaro) wanted to wait and do more research.
