New data shows Leicester still has the highest rate of coronavirus infections in England - but three new hotspots have been identified in worrying data.
The information from Public Health England shows that the number of infections is on the rise in Blackburn, Bedford and Peterborough.
Leicester, which was put back in lockdown last week, now has 116 cases per 100,000 people. It remains a long way ahead of Rochdale, the city with the second highest infection rate of 32.7.
Bradford is in third with 31.8 cases per 100,000, although the number has fallen since last week. A new list shows the rate of new cases in the seven days to July 6, followed by the equivalent figure for the previous seven days to June 29.
