PHILADELPHIA - Family members have identified a man they say was driving a tanker truck that crashed and burst into flames, eventually leaving parts of I-95 completely destroyed Sunday morning.Nathaniel Moody, 53, has been identified by family members as the driver of the truck. Crews battle wildfire in Burlington County, New Jersey

BROWNS MILLS, N.J. - Fire crews in New Jersey are battling yet another wildfire as officials say a recent dry spell has helped allow wildfires to run rampant.Crews responded to the area of City Line Road in Browns Mills, Burlington County Friday afternoon for reports of a fire.SKYFOX was over the scene where smoke and flames could be seen emerging from a significant portion of the tree line. The New Jersey Forrest Fire Service asked residents to avoid the area and says their crews have responded to the scene to assess the situation. 'Anti-drifting' bill introduced days after illegal car meet-ups turned deadly

PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia City Council is now taking up the issue of illegal street racing days after illegal car meet-ups across the city culminated in a deadly officer-involved shooting.6th District Councilmember Mike Driscoll introduced an "anti-drifting" bill on Thursday that would define "drifting," as well as "doughnuts" and "spin-outs," in the city’s reckless driving code. The smoke has traveled into the United States, resulting in a number of air quality alerts issued since May.Wildfire smoke is a complex mixture of gases, particles, and water vapor that contains multiple pollutants that can get into the lungs and bloodstream. There is no evidence of a safe level of exposure to some of the pollutants, meaning that smoke can impact your health even at very low levels. Inhaling smoke from wildfires can cause headaches, sore and watery eyes, nose, throat, and sinus irritation, chest pains, heart palpitations and more. Exposure to elevated fine particle pollution levels can affect the lungs and heart.The air quality alerts caution "sensitive groups," a big category that includes children, older adults, and people with lung diseases, such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.FOX 5 NY's Robert Moses has the story.Kids, who often are encouraged to go out and play, "are more susceptible to smoke for a number of reasons," said Laura Kate Bender, the lung association's National Assistant Vice President, healthy air.

PHILADELPHIA - Authorities say a pair of thieves broke into a Philadelphia supermarket early Tuesday morning and tried to steal from a CoinStar machine, but they didn't get away with a dime.
