It is not easy going from a routine built around training and playing matches as a squad before being allowed to do whatever you like in your free time to being confined in homes working individually to try to stay fit for the undefined date when the sport will return.

The club have done what they can to help out with daily checks on players, meals sent to some and the right gym equipment delivered to whoever needs it to ensure that the players have as much as they could want while the lockdown continues.

The players have also taken it upon themselves to do what feels right to them, though, depending on their individual circumstances.
