GEORGETOWN, Del. - Delaware police say two men were fatally shot inside a restaurant during an altercation with two masked people who had entered the establishment. State police say it happened early Saturday evening at the El Nopalito Restaurant in Georgetown. A 28-year-old man was declared dead at the scene, while the 31-year-old was pronounced dead at a local hospital. No arrests had been made early Sunday. Police say the two suspects had been part of a group that had been asked to leave the restaurant earlier due to disorderly behavior. Authorities say the suspects returned later.

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) has decided to launch an inquiry into the alleged irregularities during the process of importing Nano nitrogen fertilizer from India.The Commission says the investigation was launched based on a complaint received.The CIABOC has also decided to obtain a statement from former Parliamentarian Ranjan Ramanayake who incarcerated, in connection to the ongoing investigations into the Pandora Papers.The commission’s spokesperson said that Ramanayake has been requested to provide the statement by the form of an affidavit via his lawyer.The Spokesperson stated further investigations will be conducted based on his statement.The Commission added that statements have been recorded from former MP Nirupama Rajapaksa and Thirukumar Nadesan in connection with the Pandora Papers so far.Moreover, necessary documents have been obtained from the Inland Revenue Department, state and commerical banks to carry out the investigation.The Pandora Papers was a leak of almost 12 million documents that revealed hidden wealth, tax avoidance and, in some cases, money laundering by some of the world’s rich and powerful.

Quiner’s family went to court two weeks ago to get a restraining order to keep Allina Health from pulling the plug on the ventilator that was keeping him alive in Minnesota.FOX 9 does not have all the specifics of Quiner’s medical records, but his loved ones and their attorney reported the 55-year old father of three was unvaccinated when he was first diagnosed with COVID-19 in late October, around Halloween.He required deep sedation, a breathing tube, and a ventilator when his oxygen levels got dangerously low and did not improve.Scott’s wife, Anne Quiner claimed Allina threatened to pull the plug on that ventilator two weeks ago and that is when she went to court to fight.Anne had power of attorney over Scott’s healthcare decisions.
