Police were called to break up a protest outside a Scots home - just hours after tougher measures came in to force to stop the spread of Covid-19.
Yesterday, entering businesses to purchase takeaway food and drinks was scrapped, as was non-essential click-and-collect services and drinking alcohol in public outdoors.
And within hours of the new rules taking effect, a group of people gathered outside a property in Falkirk to stage a protest.
Riot police were spotted at the scene, in Gairdoch Street, in the town's Bainsford area, while three police cars and three vans were also in attendance.One local said: "I opened the door to take the dog out a walk and all I could see was a massive group."They were all shouting and screaming."Police.
