Pub bans anyone under 25 after blaming young people for rise in coronavirus cases

A British boozer has banned anyone under the age of 25 from walking through its doors as young people are blamed for a coronavirus spike in the UK.

The pub, the Oddfellows Arms in North Yorkshire, said it was barring anyone aged between 18 and 25-years-old "in light of recent events".

Owner of the pub in the village of Sherburn-in-Elmet, Maggie Holmes, said the boozer won't pull pints for young people after Boris Johnson revealed the strict new 'Rule of Six' limits on social gatherings.
