No people were reported to be injured. In a doorbell camera video that captured the shooting, three males are seen running down South Shields Street, firing gunshots at a fourth male.

MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - The Hennepin County Attorney’s Office, with assistance from Attorney General Keith Ellison, has declined to bring charges against Mark Hanneman, the Minneapolis police officer who shot and killed Amir Locke while serving a no-knock search warrant in February.Mike Freeman, the Hennepin County Attorney, wrote there is "insufficient admissible evidence" to file criminal charges in the case."Specifically, the State would be unable to disprove beyond a reasonable doubt any of the elements of Minnesota’s use-of-deadly-force statute that authorizes the use of force by Officer Hanneman. Nor would the State be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt a criminal charge against any other officer involved in the decision-making that led to the death of Amir Locke," Freeman wrote.Freeman and Ellison also suggested to policymakers they should reconsider using no-knock warrants."Amir Locke’s life mattered," they wrote.

PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia police is looking to identify two suspects accused of peppering a car with gunfire as it was crossing an intersection in West Oak Lane last month. Police say the shooting happened at 1900 E. Washington lane on March 11 just after 2 p.m. Captain John Walker told FOX 29 that an SUV with two men inside was crossing the intersection when two shooters on the sidewalk peppered the vehicle with gunfire. At the time, both men were taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center and placed in critical condition.

LAKE MARY, Fla. - A Florida middle school teacher was arrested, accused of playing loud music with the intent to disrupt Florida Standards Assessments (FSA) testing being conducted at the school. Port Orange police officers were called to Creekside Middle School for a disturbance just after noon on Tuesday.Officers said Martin Reese, a teacher at the school, refused to turn off the music and caused a disturbance when being escorted to the principal’s office. This caused the school to go into lock down until the situation was resolved. "They couldn’t leave their class or anything like that," said Aubrey Markovitz.Markovitz said her daughter was already stressed about taking the test. "They’re trying to get through it, so to have a disruption while they’re stressed and trying to get through their testing, she was a little irritated.

COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka’s Police Chief has ordered for an immediate independent investigation over a confrontation that had taken place between several police officers and a team of Army Riders during a protest opposite Parliament on Tuesday (5).The Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army General Shavendra Silva has requested the Inspector General of Police to immediately conduct an inquiry into the ‘unethical and ill-mannered behaviour’ of two Police officers and initiate disciplinary action against them when a four -member team of Army Riders on the directions of the Director Operations of the Army HQ arrived at the road entrance to the Parliament complex.Defence Secretary General Kamal Gunaratne (Retd) has also already informed the IGP and the Secretary to Ministry of Public Security in regard to the incident and requested them to inquire into the unacceptable conduct of those Police Officers.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - A second suspect has now been arrested in connection with the mass Sacramento shooting that claimed six lives and  injured 12 people.On Tuesday, Sacramento police said they arrested 27-year-old Smiley Martin, who was injured during the early Sunday morning deadly event at 10 and K streets. It appears as though he was one of the dozen who suffered injuries. Police said once he recovers, he will be booked at the Sacramento County Main Jail for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and possession of a machine gun.As of Tuesday morning, Smiley Martin was not found in Sacramento jail, as he was still in the hospital.

Police have released surveillance video of a suspect wanted for burglary in Wissahickon. PHILADELPHIA, Pa - Police are attempting to identify a suspect in a burglary they say happened in Wissahickon late last month. Police say the suspect forced open a front door to the apartment complex on East Salaignac Street on March 22. After this initial incident, the suspect was caught on video surveillance burglarizing two separate apartments, authorities say. Police are asking anyone with information of the incident to contact them.

PHILADELPHIA - A young teen is fighting for his life after police said he was shot several times while sitting inside a parked car Monday night in West Philadelphia. Officers were called to the 4900 block of Hoopes Street around 8:30 for reports of a shooting. Philadelphia Police Captain John Walker told reporters that a 13-year-old was sitting in the passenger seat of a parked car when someone walked up and fired over a dozen shots into the car. The boy was hit in the head, chest and arms, according to Walker. He was brought to Penn Presbyterian Hospital by responding officer were he was placed in critical condition. No arrests were reported immediately following the shooting.
