PIERS Morgan's wife Celia Walden is delivering the star treats in a battery-operated car as he isolates while battling Covid.

The 56-year-old presenter revealed this weekend that he'd come down with the deadly virus after watching the Euro 2020 final in Wembley on 11 July.

Double-jabbed Piers was bedbound for a week and battled "high fever, cold sweats, ferocious coughing and sneezing and strange aches all over my body" before being hit with extreme fatigue.

He wrote in his column that it was the vaccine that saved his life, adding: "Been a week now and although the fever's long gone, the fatigue keeps overwhelming me like a soporific tidal wave.
