Emma Stone has released a new PSA for Mental Health Awareness Month.
The 32-year-old actress, who is a member of the Child Mind Institute board of directors, made a new video for the organization’s Getting Better Together campaign.
In the video, Emma shares advice on dealing with changes this past year.

“This year was very scary and hard,” Emma said in the video. “Now going back out into the world can bring up a lot of feelings. And I would remind you that everybody struggles with a little bit of sadness or a little bit of worry or fear around the idea of change in general.
