Penneys has become the latest large retailer to announce its plans for reopening next week. The company is to have shopping by appointment from Monday May 10 at its 36 Irish stores until the following Sunday.
Then on Monday May 17, Penneys outlets will open in full, in line with the further easing of Government restrictions. The chain's booking system for shopping by appointment opened this morning, with details available at primark.com.
The company has warned though that with limited numbers allowed in store for safety reasons, appointments are likely to book out quickly.
The firm said there would initially be extended opening hours across every store to help reduce queues and that safety remains a top priority, with extensive measures in
