coronavirus are set to change again before the end of the week. New rules applying to the Covid-19 virus in pubs and hair salons are set to come in to effect on Friday – with the rules also applying to cafes, restaurants, and tourist attractions.
Until now, customers and clients at places like pubs and beauty salons have been asked to voluntarily leave contact details when entering the venues.
Now the rule is to become mandatory from this Friday and, in the case of pubs, cafes and restaurants, will apply to all those eating or drinking in, but not to those taking away. The rules is expected to be fully defined later this week, and could also apply to cinemas – with patrons and customers expected to hand over their name, address, contact.
