Like many of us, Lydia Bright made some new year's resolutions last month. However, unlike many of us, Lydia is making good on one of hers. The former TOWIE star first took to Instagram in January to tell her followers of her mission to restore the condition of her curls after years of bleaching and heat styling her hair took the bounce and shine out of them.

Now, she’s giving us an update on how that resolution is coming along. By the sounds of it, she’s already seeing some of the benefits of taking good care of her hair and swerving the bleach as much as possible. “I’m on a little hair journey at the moment, as you may know.

A new year’s resolution of mine was to embrace my natural curls,” Lydia explains in a newly-posted Instagram Story. “However, I’m not ready to embrace my natural brunette colour.

I love being blonde, but I’ve been stretching out colouring my hair as I haven’t wanted to damage it.” Lydia follows up the explanation with some snaps of her hair from behind.
