Noah Balthaser, a 30-year-old with a reddish goatee, is said to be driving a white 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 with a Pennsylvania license plate ZCM0202, according to a state police bulletin. Michael Balthaser, described by police as 3-feet-5 inches with brown hair and eyes, was last scene wearing a black flannel shirt and gray hoodie with tan cargo pants and a camouflage baseball hat. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Michael Balthaser is urged to contact Pennsylvania State Police or dial 911.

TRENTON, N.J. - A police pursuit that ended in a crash on a New Jersey highway led to the discovery of firearms stolen from a Pennsylvania gun store, sources say.FOX 29 was on scene at Rt. 29 in Trenton near the Calhoun Street Bridge, where Trenton and Middletown Township Police were investigating and collecting evidence. Police say officers were chasing the car before it crashed on the New Jersey highway. Evidence collected from the vehicle's trunk included multiple firearms, both assault rifles and handguns, with tags from a gun store. Sources tell FOX 29's Steve Keeley, that the chase began in Pennsylvania at a gun store in Bucks County. Five people were captured on surveillance video using a Kia, reported stolen out of Philadelphia, to access the second story of the LugerMan gun store in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, sources say. As officers from the Middletown Township Police Department arrived on scene, they chased the Kia and used stop sticks to disable the vehicle. Law enforcement sources say the vehicle made it over the Calhoun Street Bridge, where Trenton Police got involved, capturing three of the five suspects. DELAWARE - The stepfather of a 3-year-old girl whose burned remains were found on a softball field several years ago has pleaded guilty to child endangerment charges, according to court documents.Brandon Haas, 41, pleaded guilty in March to one felony count and three misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child. None of the offenses carries mandatory prison time, although the felony count carries a maximum sentence of five years behind bars.

'It's heartbreaking': Vigil held for slain Bucks County infant

BRISTOL, Pa. - A Pennsylvania community held a vigil Friday for a local infant who prosecutors say died after being beaten and shaken several times by his own father."The community is heartbroken over this, I mean, it’s a small town, everybody knows everybody," Stephane Scancella said. Authorities say on Wednesday night officers from the Bristol Borough Police Department responded to home on 100 block of Radcliffe Street for reports of a 4-month-old in cardiac arrest. Officers administered CPR and rushed the baby to Lower Bucks Hospital where he was pronounced dead just after midnight. Tyler Sullivan (Bucks County District Attorney's Office) Tyler Sullivan, 30, was charged with homicide and two counts of aggravated assault in the case. Following an examination of the infant, a doctor found that the child had suffered several injuries, including bruises and abrasions throughout the body. Investigators concluded that Sullivan had violently shaken the baby on at least two occasions Wednesday, and at least six additional times over the past six weeks. Authorities say the nurse, identified as 40-year-old Heather Pressdee of Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, gave lethal doses of unnecessary medication to patients, resulting in their deaths. According to officials, the alleged incidents took place at Quality Life Services, a skilled nursing facility in Chicora, where Presdee was a registered nurse. Presdee is facing charges in the deaths of a 55-year-old man and an 83-year-old in addition to the hospitalization of a 73-year-old man, authorities say.
