The weekly rates have fallen in three areas. Stockport continues to have the highest coronavirus infection rate in Greater Manchester, after replacing Tameside earlier in the week.
The borough recorded a rate of 530.9 cases per 100,000 people in the week ending September 27, according to the latest data from Public Health England.
