Fourteen more people have died in Greater Manchester's hospitals after contracting coronavirus

These are cases where a patient has tested positive or Covid-19 was mentioned on their death certificate.Today 14 new deaths were sadly recorded by trusts in Greater Manchester.The Manchester University NHS Foundation which runs several of the city's major hospitals recorded seven deaths.Whilst two deaths were each recorded by the Bolton NHS Foundation trust, which runs the Royal Bolton Hospital, Salford Royal NHS Foundation trust, and Wrightinton, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation trust.One death was recorded by Pennine Acute, which run several major hospitals in the northern part of the region, meaning they have now recorded 600.
