PHILADELPHIA - Authorities say a man was injured in a broad daylight shooting Friday afternoon outside the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Officer were called to the area of 12th and Vine streets around 5 p.m for reports of a shooting. Philadelphia Police Captain John Walker told reporters that officers found a blood trail for several blocks that lead them to a man suffering from a gunshot wound to the arm. The victim was taken to Jefferson University Hospital in stable condition, according to police. Walker said investigators believe the shooting happened during an argument between two men. The shooter, a Black man wearing all black clothes and a white "item" on his head, then walked to 13th Street where investigators lost sight of him.Walker told reporters that there were people around during the shooting happened.

PHILADELPHIA - Authorities have identified a gunman involved in Wednesday night's shootout in Frankford that injured four people, including a SEPTA Transit Officer. Police say 18-year-old Zyhiem Hartman exchanged gunfire with seven police officers from inside an apartment on the 4700 block of Leiper Street. Police initially reported that Hartman died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, but an autopsy confirmed that he was fatally shot by police. Investigators on Friday shared preliminary information on the chaotic scene that started near the Arrott Transportation Center around 7 p.m. Wednesday.According to authorities, officers from the Philadelphia Police Department responded to the 4700 block of Penn Street after hearing 8-9 gunshots.Ervis Onuzi, 28, has been identified as the SEPTA Transit Police officer who was wounded during a gun battle with a suspect on Wednesday.  (SEPTA)The gunshots stemmed from a physical altercation between the suspect and another man, police said.

PHILADELPHIA - New cell phone video shows officers scramble to find cover as a barricaded gunman opens fire from the window of a Frankford apartment building Wednesady night.Philadelphia police say officers who were in the area of the Arrott Transportation Center when they heard gunshots around 7 p.m. The officers responded to Griscom and Arrott streets where they found two women, ages 57 and 42, with gunshot wounds to the hip area. Sources tell FOX 29 a third gunshot victim later arrived at the hospital. Police then spotted a suspect, who was armed, and chased him to a property on the 4700 block of Leiper Street.

He was surrounded by family and friends.According to Hatboro Police, Allen worked his way to K9 handler after joining the force in 2013. LEBANON, Pa. - A man who broke into his stepfather's house opened fire on responding police officers, killing a lieutenant one month away from retirement and wounding two other officers, a prosecutor said Thursday, releasing details of last week's gunfight that also killed the suspect.Lebanon City Police Lt.
