PENSACOLA, Fla. – An explosion and fire destroyed five garbage trucks and damaged two others at a sanitation complex in the Florida Panhandle.

The flames erupted Sunday afternoon at the station in Escambia County, Emerald Coast Utilities Authority said in a statement.
