Every GP practice in Bolton now has access to a local Covid-19 vaccination site

Horwich next week - meaning patients from every part of Bolton will have access to a local site. There are now nine vaccination centres within the borough, following the confirmation of the newest site at Horwich RMI, in Ramsbottom Road.

Vaccinations are due to take place at the site from next week, with invitations being sent out to patients over the age of 80 from local GP practices - Kildonan House Surgery and Pike View Medical Centre.

Senior Responsible Officer for the Covid-19 Vaccination Programme in Bolton, and Clinical Director of Commissioning at Bolton Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), Dr Helen Wall said: "With another site confirmed, we are making great progress with vaccinating our over 80s.
