PHILADELPHIA - The man accused of stabbing two employees inside the Museum of Modern Art in New York was arrested in Philadelphia on Tuesday. Police were aware that the man, 60-year-old Gary Cabana, could be making his way to Philadelphia after allegedly stabbing two employees at museum on Saturday afternoon. According to police, he started a fire in a room on the fifth floor at the Best Western on Vine Street on Monday night after using the name "Joseph Cabana" to book the room. There was extensive damage to the hotel room, police say. Investigators looked through surveillance video and recognized Cabana from their joint investigation with the police departments in New York and Washington D.C. RELATED: 2 people stabbed at Museum of Modern ArtPolice say they found Cabana sleeping on a bench at the nearby Greyhound bus station around 1:00 a.m.

PHILADELPHIA - Authorities say a teenager was driven to the hospital after he was stabbed during a fight outside a Philadelphia restaurant on Monday. According to police, a 17-year-old was stabbed in the back several times during a fight outside the Golden Gate Restaurant on Rennard Street just after 7 p.m. The teenage victim was driven to Holy Redeemer Hospital by a private vehicle, then transferred to Jefferson-Abington Hospital, police said. He is expected to recover.No arrests were reported immediately after the stabbing.
