SAN JOSE, Calif. - The Santa Clara County District Attorney on Tuesday announced that prosecutors had charged a Union City with murder, following the death of a 24-year-old transgender woman in Milpitas.In a statement, prosecutors said that Elijah Cruz Segura, 22, stabbed to death Xeonte Brown, also known as Natalia Smüt Lopez on April 23, and then called 911 about 2:30 a.m.Responding officers arrived at a home in the 1000 block of Hillview Court in Milpitas found the woman with multiple stab wounds.She was pronounced dead at the hospital.
