Britain will begin vaccinating people against coronavirus next week and advisers have set out a list of priority groups - including guidance for parents.
The elderly, vulnerable and health and social care workers on the frontline will be among the first to receive a jab. After the UK became the first nation to authorise a vaccine for emergency use, parents might be wondering whether they should get their children vaccinated or whether the jab will be compulsory for children.
The priority list does not include children under 16, and the vaccine should only be offered to kids "at very high risk of exposure and serious outcomes", according to official guidance.
