Coronation Street star Bill Roache has been seen for the first time after successfully battling coronavirus. The 88-year-old soap legend was forced to take time away from the ITV soap after testing positive for Covid, leading to him spending some time in hospital while he battled the virus.
On Thursday, Bill - who has played Ken Barlow on the cobbles since 1960 - was seen for the first time after winning his Covid battle.
The actor is hoping to return to the soap soon, after he had to be written out of storylines for a while, and he looked in good shape behind the wheel of his white Audi A3 TDi.
It was announced at the weekend that Bill had contracted coronavirus and that he was now "recovering well" from his Covid scare.
