One of Northern Ireland's largest schools closed this morning because of an outbreak of Covid-19. Holy Cross College in Strabane, Co Tyrone has 1,687 enrolled pupils and around 150 teachers and support staff.
It is not yet clear how long the school will remain closed. A message on the school’s Facebook page this morning says: "Unfortunately the school has had to close at very short notice this morning due to two further confirmed cases in the school community." On Sunday, the school said two members of the school community had tested positive for coronavirus.
