COVID-19 pandemic.The city reported it is showing a $2.5-million surplus in the General Revenue Fund at the end of December.“The City received $74.5 million in federal Safe Restart Agreement funding in 2020, comprised of $42.2 million allocated for municipal funding and $32.3 million for Transit,” it said in a statement sent to media.The money will be transferred into the Financial Stabilization Reserve Fund to help mitigate some of the expected unforeseen costs in 2021 as the pandemic continues.
