Chris Eubank Jnr’s clash with Liam Williams could be set for a second delay.The pair are due to meet on January 29 in a middleweight clash in Cardiff.The British Boxing Board of Control has informed all promoters there is a risk all January events could be postponed.That is due to rising number of Covid-19 cases across the UK and fears hospitals could be overwhelmed.The BBBofC uses medics from the NHS to oversee their events so if these are unavailable then boxing can’t continue in the UK.They have warned promoters to line up alternative dates as they consider whether it is safe for the sport to continue next month.There is a chance Eubank Jnr against Williams will be given the all clear if Covid-19 cases subside or hospitals are able to.
