Boris Johnson has been blasted for setting up a new anti-racism Commission to stop the "sense of victimisation" among BAME people.
The Prime Minister's language was blasted as "unhelpful, unnecessary and hurtful" after he said he wanted to "change the narrative" around racism in the UK.
Mr Johnson responded to Black Lives Matter protests last night by announcing a new Commission on Race and Ethnic Disparities.
It will report directly to Mr Johnson and also be overseen by Equalities Minister Kemi Badenoch. But the idea was branded a "back of a fag packet" scheme after Mr Johnson failed to announce its timetable, staffing or remit.
