Authorities are searching for a man and vehicle in connection to the murder of 27-year-old Joelil Foy. PHILADELPHIA - Investigators are trying to identify a suspect and a vehicle wanted in connection to the deadly shooting of a Philadelphia musician. The Philadelphia Police Department shared photos Wednesday of a person and a car being sought in the July 27th murder of Joelil Foy. The suspect was seen wearing a white cap, gray and black shirt, and dark pants.

Tyshaun Harvey, 21, was arrested by U.S. Marshalls in California.  POTTSTOWN, Pa. - A man sought in connection with a murder in Pottstown has been arrested in California, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney. Authorities say Tyshaun Harvey, 21, was sought for the murder of 22-year-old Nahmer Baird in Pottstown. Baird was reportedly killed after an alleged shootout between the occupants of his Nissan Sentra and a Chrysler 300 at Locust Alley and West Street on May 29, according to officials. His car then crashed head-on into a Dodge pickup truck two blocks away, injuring its male driver.

PHILADELPHIA - A Philadelphia police officer has been placed arrested and charged for threatening and assaulting his former partner, who is the mother of his four children. According to the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, Ramon Chaulisant, 33, was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, theft, possession of an instrument of crime, harassment, and related charges. Chaulisant has also been placed on administrative duty and his service weapon was confiscated by authorities, the DA's Office says. According to police, in February, Chausilant allegedly struck his former partner in the face and body at her home while he was visiting his children. The officer is accused of forcing the woman down a set of stairs and kicking her front door, doing damage to the door frame. Months later, in April, Chaulisant called police to his home to make a report against his former partner, who was trying to pick up their children, law enforcement says. MORE LOCAL HEADLINESOfficials say he also told responding officers that they would find his former partner "face down."On August 1, Chaulisant allegedly broke dishes during a verbal fight with the woman at her home before threatening to kill her, breaking her car window with a free weight and stealing her laptop and iPhone,  according to the DA's Office. Authorities say the couple's four children were present at during all of the incidents. "I want to thank PPD Internal Affairs and my office's Special Investigations Unit for effectively intervening in a highly dangerous situation for a mother and her four young children," District Attorney Larry Krasner said.

PHILADELPHIA - Family members of a man who was shot and killed over the weekend in Philadelphia say he was visiting the city to mourn the shooting death of a friend and local musician. Diniar Camp, 26, was found shot multiple times on the 1900 block of North 19th Street in North Philadelphia, according to police.In the days following his Camp's death, investigators from the Philadelphia Police Department named 22-year-old Marcus Whitehead as a suspect. Family members say Camp, a Philadelphia native, moved away from the city due to the increasing violence and only returned to mourn the death 26-year-old Joelill Foy. Joelill Foy, 26, was shot and killed outside his family's South Philadelphia home, according to police. Foy, a member of successful Philadelphia singing group 'Brotherly Love,' was a father of two and expecting a third when his life was cut short.Foy, a member of the successful signing group Brotherly Love, was visiting his family in South Philadelphia when he was gunned down. "[Diniar] left it because of all the crime that was going on, and he was losing friends day and day out, and he was tired, and he didn't want to be targeted," Diniar's mother, Kathi Camp, said.Loved ones said Diniar was also a singer and stayed away from the streets.

Police are investigating a shooting that left two men injured on North Howard Street in North Philadelphia.  PHILADELPHIA - Police are investigating a shooting that left two men injured in North Philadelphia on Tuesday night.At around 8:39 p.m., police say they responded to North Howard Street for reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, authorities say they found two victims suffering gunshot wounds. The first victim, a 39-year-old man, was shot in the lower back, according to police. Officials say the second victim, a 30-year-old man, was shot in both legs.MORE HEADLINES Both victims were transported to Temple University Hospital where authorities say they were placed in stable condition.No arrest was made in this incident and no weapon was recovered. Police are asking anyone with information to contact them. 

PHILADELPHIA - Three teenagers were shot outside of a Popeyes in the Fairhill section of North Philadelphia, authorities say. According to police, the shooting happened Monday night at 4th Street and Lehigh Avenue, after a Popeyes store closed. The three teenagers were all employees of the Popeyes location, authorities told FOX 29's Steve Keeley. Police say the employees were sitting in a car when they were shot. One of the teens died from his injuries and the other two employees are in the hospital, authorities say.   The car the employees were in could be seen riddled with bullet holes and evidence markers were placed in the street as police analyzed the crime scene. Authorities have not released any other information about the shooting or a possible motive in the case. A late night shooting in North Philadelphia left 1 dead and two others injured, police say. PHILADELPHIA - Police responded to the scene of a brutal stabbing Saturday morning after a woman was reportedly found dead inside a car.The victim, a woman in her early 30s, was stabbed to death and left inside a gold Honda Odyssey on the 5300 block of Chestnut Street, according to police.She reportedly suffered multiple stabs wounds to her body and one to her face.Police say her body was discovered around 8:25 a.m.

LOS ANGELES - A police chase that went about two hours finally ended in an arrest late Friday night.The suspect, believed to be driving a stolen car, led police on a chase across the San Fernando Valley before eventually ending up in handcuffs in the Tujunga area.Over the course of the lengthy chase, the suspect passed through parts of North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Studio City and Sunland-Tujunga.The Los Angeles Police Department, Burbank Police Department and the California Highway Patrol took turns taking over the pursuit before one of the responding officers finally stopped the suspect.Officials did not say where the car may have been stolen from. A car, believed to be stolen, is leading LAPD on a chase across the San Fernando Valley.

(AP) - The Madison County school system in North Carolina says it plans to put AR-15 rifles in emergency safes in all of its six schools as part of a new incentive for increased security in the wake of the deadly Uvalde, Texas, school shooting earlier this year when 19 children and two teachers were killed in a fourth-grade classroom. "We were able to put an AR-15 rifle and safes in all of our schools in the county," Sheriff Buddy Harwood told the Asheville Citizen-Times.

SHARON HILL, Pa. - Activists and family members of Fanta Bility are demanding the full release of a heavily redacted report into the police shooting death of the 8-year-old outside a high school football game last fall.The investigative report, released last Friday, examined the Sharon Hill Borough Police policies and procedures in the wake of the deadly shooting at Academy Park High School's football field. The report was largely redacted, with any findings and recommendations obscured from public view."We can not stand here today and allow our Borough to ignore us, to not share with us their findings," Sheila Carter of the NAACPAuthorities say in late August, Bility and her family were leaving the Academy Park High School football field among a crowd of fans when a shooting between two young men erupted. Bullets from that shooting came in the direction of three Sharon Hill Police officers who were monitoring the crowd. The officers returned fire, shooting toward a car they believed was involved in the initial gunfire, striking the car and members of the crowd.
