OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – The deadline is approaching for parents in Osceola County if they want to send their kid to school this year.The Osceola County School Board approved a plan to reopen schools on Aug.
24.Parents who were depending on childcare for Aug. 10-21 will have a chance to send their kid to a special two-week extended learning summer camp at elementary schools.
School officials said parents have three options to choose from to enroll their child in:The district’s website shows in-depth plans for each option.Parents also have to visit the website by July 15 to pick an option for their child, according to school officials.Face-To-Face instructionEach student will be issued five cloth washable masks.
