Two members of the Atletico Madrid camp have tested positive for coronavirus, casting fresh uncertainty over plans for the conclusion of the Champions League.
The Spanish club, due to play RB Leipzig in Thursday’s quarter-final in Lisbon, confirmed on Sunday evening that both individuals have gone into isolation, while the rest of the team’s travelling party – including players and staff – will be given another round of testing.
