Ashley Banjo self-isolating 'as precaution' after BGT crew test positive for Covid-19

Britain's Got Talent judge Ashley Banjo has told fans he is self-isolating as "precaution" after crew members on the show's Christmas special tested positive for coronavirus.

It was announced earlier this week that after a number of crew members tested positive for Covid-19, two of the judges would have to be stuck indoors for 14 days - but it was not revealed who they were.

Now Ashley, 32, a stand-in judge on the ITV show, told The One Show via video call from his home yesterday that he was spending time in quarantine as a "precaution".
