She is being held on a US$25,000 bond after she was charged with one count of stealing or attempting to steal from a financial institution.Gooch allegedly walked up to the counter of the Goppert Financial Bank in Pleasant Hill, wearing plastic gloves, black sunglasses and a face mask, and passed the bank teller a note that read, “I need 13,000 small bills.”“Thank you sorry I didn’t mean to scare you,” the robbery note added, according to court documents filed in Cass County.

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J. - A 14-year-old and an 18-year-old are facing murder charges after authorities say a man was shot and killed when the pair robbed a T-Mobile store in Baltimore hours after they robbed Best Buy in New Jersey.Arthur McCaden and the unnamed 14-year-old will face first-degree murder charges in Maryland before being sent to New Jersey where a host of robbery and weapons charges awaits them, according to authorities.Investigators believe the pair robbed a Best Buy on Nixon Drive in Mount Laurel around 1:30 p.m. last Sunday.

PHILADELPHIA - Deliberations in the trial of Richard Nicoletti, a former Philadelphia SWAT officer who was captured on video pepper spraying protesters from close range during the 2020 George Floyd unrest, will continue with an 11 member jury panel on Monday.Nicoletti is facing charges of possession of an instrument of crime, three counts of simple assault, reckless endangerment, and official oppression. A video of Nicoletti dressed in riot gear approaching three protesters kneeling on Interstate 676 on June 1, 2020, pulling down at least one protester's mask or goggles, then pepper-spraying them, was circulated widely on social media and was included in several news stories about the national police response to demonstrations.The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office alleged that Nicoletti assaulted the protesters nearly three years ago.
