World leaders say it’s evidence of war crimes and crimes against humanity: civilians were seemingly found bound and executed.

Ukraine’s foreign affairs minister calls it a deliberate massacre, saying that Russia is trying to “eliminate as many Ukrainians as they can.” The horrific scene is drawing broad worldwide condemnation.
