He later died from his injuries at the hospital. Investigators originally said that Sean was hit by stray gunfire, but law enforcement sources told FOX 29's Kelly Rule that they believe he was shot while running from an attempted carjacking.Sources said Sean was unloading water from his father's car when two men approached him and tried to steal the car.

HARRISBURG, Pa. - A Pennsylvania couple has been charged with the theft and burglary of more than 250 vehicles, according to Attorney General Josh Shapiro. On Tuesday, authorities identified the couple as Keith Johnson and Jessica Fletcher of Yardley. Police say an investigation began after a series of unsolved car break-ins occurred in Bucks County over several months. The couple's crime spree spread across many counties in southeastern Pennsylvania, including Montgomery County and Philadelphia. Investigators say they also discovered that Johnson and Fletcher stole $150,000 in cash from a Philadelphia home on Christmas night in 2019.

Delaware State Police arrest 50-year-old Richard Cook for his 8th DUI offense.  GEORGETOWN, Del. - Delaware State Police arrested a man and charged him with his eighth DUI offense after a crash on Monday. On April 11, just before 3:00 p.m., state troopers responded to an accident in Georgetown, Del. Police say when they arrived to the scene, they found a black Nissan Quest, which had overturned onto its side in a wooded area near Dupont Boulevard. Police say Richard Cook, 50, was behind the wheel and two passengers, a 49-year-old woman and a 45-year-old man, both sustained non-life threatening injuries and were transported to Bayhealth Sussex Hospital. Police conducted a DUI investigation and took Cook in to custody at the scene. After searching Cook's vehicle, police say they found 2.04 grams of marijuana, suspected liquid heroin, drug paraphernalia, 2 fixed-knife blades, and a firearm. Authorities learned that Cook's driver's license was suspended, and he had been convicted for seven prior DUI offenses. He was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Drugs, Carrying a Concealed Firearm, and other related offenses. Cook was committed on a $39,501 cash bond.

PHILADELPHIA - A man is in critical condition after police say he was shot multiple times in North Philadelphia Tuesday morning. The shooting occurred on the 1900 block of North 9th Street, near Tempe University’s campus and a SEPTA train station, around 11:30 a.m. Police say a 21-year-old man was shot eight times throughout the body and was hit in the abdomen, chest and legs.

NEW YORK - Several Uber customers criticized the ride-sharing app on Tuesday for briefly implementing surge pricing following a shooting at a Brooklyn-area subway station, which left over a dozen people injured while the suspect was still at large. The incident happened on a subway line that runs through Brooklyn’s Sunset Park neighborhood, which is about a 15-minute train ride to Manhattan. Frank Deshields, 52, of New Castle is being sought in connection to the fatal stabbing of a man outside of a New Castle motel.  NEW CASTLE, Del. - Police in Delaware are searching for a suspect accused of fatally stabbing a man outside of a motel in New Castle on Sunday. According to Delaware State Police, 52-year-old Frank Deshields is being sought by authorities. Police say troopers responded to The Super Lodge on West Avenue for a reported stabbing. According to authorities, troopers found a 45-year-old New Castle man outside of the motel with a stab wound to his upper torso. He was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead, authorities say. Investigators say Deshields is a suspect in the case and an arrest warrant was obtained for first-degree murder and weapon charges. The investigation is active and ongoing, according to authorities.

SYLVA, N.C. - A 3-year-old Pennsylvania girl was killed after she was swept over Whitewater Falls in North Carolina, a sheriff's office said.The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release that Nevaeh Jade Newswanger of Denver, Pennsylvania, had been visiting the waterfall with family, who are staying in Oconee County, South Carolina, while working in the area, news outlets reported.Jackson County Emergency Management received a 911 call around 5:50 p.m. on Sunday from someone reporting a little girl "had been swept away in the water at the top of the falls" and carried over the edge by the current, the sheriff's office reported.Rescue crews from Jackson, Transylvania, Haywood, Henderson and Oconee counties responded to the falls and launched rescue operations to locate the child, the news release said.

Rafiq Thompson, 38, of Philadelphia is wanted in connection to the fatal shooting of a 31-year-old woman in Upper Merion.  UPPER MERION TOWNSHIP, Pa. - A $5,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest of the suspect accused of fatally shooting a woman in Upper Merion on Friday night. According to authorities, the shooting took place at an Exxon gas station before 11 p.m. on North Gulph Road and West Dekalb Pike. Police say officers arrived on scene and found the victim, who was later identified as 31-year-old Tamara Cornelius, lying in the gas station parking lot with multiple gunshot wounds. She was transported to Paoli Hospital, where she was pronounced dead at 11:09 p.m., according to authorities. Officials say the investigation revealed that Cornelius and the suspect, 38-year-old Rafiq Thompson, were in a prior relationship and had met up briefly before she went to have dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. According to investigators, Thompson followed Cornelius as she left the restaurant at 10:15 p.m., walked to the parking garage and then drove to the Exxon gas station. Police say as she was pumping gas, Thompson got out of the car, spoke to her and shot her. He continued to shoot her as she tried to get away, authorities say. The Montgomery County District Attorney announced Monday that an additional homicide charge after an autopsy revealed Cornelius was pregnant at the time of her death. "This was a chilling murder of a young woman and her unborn child," District Attorney Kevin R.
