Covid-19 has been with us for almost three years now. We have gone through the worst of times with it, but for much of 2022, thankfully life has returned to normal.
However, the disease has not gone away and as case numbers rise again in Ireland, there is the possibility of mandatory mask wearing on public transport returning.

Move away from the pandemic phase Ireland is moving towards handling Covid-19 in a similar way to other respiratory infectious diseases, mainly by family doctors.
