It was around 9:30 p.m.Instead of just calling 911 and continuing on home to her see her 14-month-old daughter, Harper pulled over to see what was going on.It was instinctual, Harper told Fox News.  "From far away it looked like someone had thrown something out in the bushes that caught on fire," she said.
