UK coronavirus hospital deaths have increased by 355 today. A further 307 patients have died in England, 29 in Scotland, 16 in Wales and three in Northern Ireland.
The 355 deaths reported today is around a third less than the 513 hospital fatalities announced last Saturday. The Midlands reported the most hospital deaths in England today, with 69 fatalities.
It was followed by the 59 deaths in the north-west, 53 in the north-east and Yorkshire, 45 in London, 38 in the east, 32 in the south-east and 11 in the south-west.
The latest figures come as Boris Johnson prepares to announce his lockdown roadmap on Monday, with schools set to fully reopen on March 8.
