People heading abroad say they missed flights after the NHS Covid pass service went down on Wednesday. NHS Digital confirmed the service - which allows people to show their vaccine status - was down for around two and a half hours.
Users attempting to access the pass were met with an error message which asks them to try again later. As a result of the outage some people heading abroad say they were not allowed to board planes as they could not prove that they had been vaccinated.
