Around 2000 Liverpool fans descended on Anfield, setting off flares and partying in the streets, as they celebrated the club's first title in 30 years.

The result at Stamford Bridge in the clash between Chelsea and Man City ensured Liverpool can no longer be caught in the title race.

It’s the first time in 30 years Liverpool have won a domestic title, and their first in the Premier League era, but they’ve done so in unique circumstances.

Fans were asked to stay at home and away from Anfield amid the ongoing coronavirus crisis to prevent unnecessary crowding. Some supporters had gathered at the stadium to watch Man City’s match with Chelsea unfold on a mobile phone.
