This Morning star Alison Hammond issued a health update at the start of her ITV show - after co-star Dermot O'Leary revealed he was "worried" about her.The beloved daytime presenter appeared alongside her co-host Dermot for a special Easter-themed show on Good Friday (April 15).However, just minutes into the broadcast, Alison felt she needed to pause the show and explain to the viewers why she wasn't feeling as fit and healthy as she normally does.

Starting off the show, Alison asked Dermot: "How are you doing?"Dermot replied: "Listen, I'm fine. I'm worried about you. Someone woke up halfway through the night."Making a cheeky reference to their fellow ITV chat show Loose Women, he quipped: "Not with Loose Women knocking on the door, which normally happens."Alison said: "Yeah, it normally does."Dermot then: "You're a little dicky, aren't you?

Got hay fever."Alison then explained to viewers that she's battling through hay fever, but was worried it was Covid at first. She said: "A little bit of hay fever but obviously you get worried, don't you?

You think 'Oh, is it the big C'."Dermot quickly insisted she meant Covid and not cancer, which is also commonly referred to as 'the big C'.Hammond continued: "I came in, I did a test straight away.

'Implicit bias': DSU filing civil rights complaint after lacrosse team searched for drugs in Georgia
DOVER, Del. - A traffic stop turned drug search has taken yet another turn amid accusations of racial profiling.Delaware State University, a historically black college, will file a formal civil rights complaint against the Liberty County Sheriff's Department after the lacrosse team was stopped in Georgia, according to Tony Allen, the university's president.Allen says the deputies performed a "constitutionally dubious stop and search" of the lacrosse team and their bus as they drove home on April 20.The team was pulled over in Liberty County for an alleged minor traffic violation. Deputies then boarded the bus to announces they would be conducting a search."If there is something in there that is questionable, please tell me now because if we find it, guess what? We’re not going to be able to help you," one deputy said.Allen claims the stop and search was a violation of rights for every passenger on the bus, as well as the driver."Our first and most immediate concern was our students and coaches mental and physical well-being," he said.Allen says he has been in contact with Liberty County's sheriff, whose recent comments have raised several questions.Recently released body camera footage shows the deputies and drug-sniffing dogs searching the team's luggage and personal belongings.

Watch Pearl Jam get fan to play drums after Matt Cameron tests positive for COVID-19
Pearl Jam drummer Matt Cameron pulled out of the band’s show in Oakland last night (May 12) after testing positive for COVID-19.It was the first time in 24 years the sticksman has missed a show with the band.As a result, touring member and former Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist Josh Klinghoffer stepped in on drumming duties for a series of tracks including Neil Young’s ‘Rockin’ In The Free World’, ‘Elderly Woman Behind The Counter In A Small Town’, ‘Why Go’ and ‘Corduroy’.Longtime band collaborator Richard Stuverud also got behind the drums for ‘Quick Escape’ and ‘Superblood Wolfmoon’ before a fan stepped up for the show’s finale ‘Yellow Ledbetter’. You can view footage below. It comes just days after the band honoured Foo Fighters’ late drummer Taylor Hawkins during their LA concert at The Forum by performing 2005 song ‘Cold Day In The Sun’.The original version of the track featured Hawkins on lead vocals and, for the Seattle band’s performance of it, Cameron took on singing duties.Cameron and Hawkins previously worked together in the band Nighttime Boogie Association, releasing two songs together – ‘Long In The Tooth’ and ‘The Path We’re On’ – in 2020.Last week, Pearl Jam took another moment to remember Hawkins as they kicked off their ‘Gigaton’ tour in San Diego.
