Infections rates, according to the latest figures, have gone up in nine of Greater Manchester's 10 borough areas. The lowest infection rate is in Bolton - with the Manchester area the only borough reporting falling case rates.

There were 51,870 new Covid-19 cases reported in the UK yesterday - Friday - and 49 additional deaths The Manchester Evening News analysed data contained in a Government interactive map charting the number of positive Covid-19 test results in each neighbourhood.
