Thalia Heffernan has been enjoying lockdown, the model has been able to take a step back from her jet-set lifestyle. She’s currently living in Armagh with her Dancing With The Stars beau, Ryan McShane.

She explains that being able to just put a pause on her hectic schedule has shown that she wasn’t actually living her life at all.

In fact, she realised that she had ‘worked myself to the bone’. The chance to slow down, for the first time in a decade has also allowed Thalia to get a handle on her depression.

She was diagnosed at 19-years-old but was unable to get to grips with the debilitating disease until the world shut down. Speaking to The Sunday Independent, she shared, ‘For me, depression is kind of like a virus that I live with.’ Over
