A makeshift RV park was spotted in a Los Angeles resident's backyard.The makeshift park just off Hubbard Street in Sylmar was packed with at least 15 RVs on the resident's property. Neighbors complain the "tenants" from the RV park are dumping human waste onto the street at night. It is unknown how long the homeowner has been hosting this many vehicles.

HAVERFORD, Pa. - Nearly two dozen kids and teens are facing charges after authorities in Delaware County say a 15-year-old was beaten up and robbed of his Yeezy slides while a crowd watched and filmed.Officers from the Haverford Township Police Department were called by a neighbor to the 100 block of Glen Arbor Road Monday night for a reported assault. CAMDEN, N.J. - Camden County will soon have over half a dozen overdose emergency stations stocked with Narcan at county parks. The stations will be filled with boxes of Naloxone nasal spray, an overdose reverse drug. PHILADELPHIA - Authorities are searching for a group of young men who they say have stolen several rental cars off the lots of major car rental companies at Philadelphia International Airport. Investigators say the pattern of thefts began in January, when groups of two-to-six people would sneak onto the rental car lots that are often protected by fences, gates, or barriers. Police believe the suspects have several methods of stealing the rental cars, including simply using the keys that were left inside the vehicles by some of the car rental companies.Investigators are looking into a series of thefts and robberies from car rental companies located near the airport.When the rental companies enhanced their security due to the thefts, police say the group resorted to threatening the parking lot attendant at gunpoint to open the exit gate. PHILADELPHIA - Authorities are searching for a group of young men who they say have stolen several rental cars off the lots of major car rental companies at Philadelphia International Airport. Investigators say the pattern of thefts began in January, when groups of two-to-six people would sneak onto the rental car lots that are often protected by fences, gates, or barriers. Police believe the suspects have several methods of stealing the rental cars, including simply using the keys that were left inside the vehicles by some of the car rental companies.When the rental companies enhanced their security due to the thefts, police say group restored to threatening the parking lot attendant at gunpoint to open the exit gate. WILMINGTON, Del. - Two Wilmington, Delaware, teenagers have been arrested and charged after a police chase involving a stolen car, authorities say. According to Delaware State Police, on Tuesday morning before 1:30 a.m., troopers saw a silver 2022 Toyota Highlander with Florida plates enter the parking lot of the Budget Inn on Memorial Drive in New Castle. Officials say the car was reported stolen out of the Wilmington area. Troopers saw the stolen car leave the parking lot of the Budget Inn before traveling westbound on Memorial Drive, authorities say. The car continued toward Rt. 13, where it traveled northbound and lost control, striking a fence on South Heald Street, police say. The driver of the stolen car was identified as a 14-year-old and was charged with disregarding a police officer signal, resisting arrest, receiving stolen property, reckless driving, driving without a license and related charges, according to authorities.
