Indiana pizza delivery man who was injured while saving two children and three teens from a burning house last week has raised more than half a million dollars.Nicholas Bostic, a 25-year-old from Lafayette, Ind., was hailed as a hero after he rescued the five youths. Bostic noticed a house on fire while driving around at night and risked his life — even jumping out of a window with a six-year-old in his arms — to save the occupants.Bostic had to be flown to nearby Indianapolis for treatment of severe smoke inhalation and a large gash on his right arm.

NEW YORK - The Supreme Court has ruled that New York's concealed carry statute that requires an individual to establish "proper cause" in order to obtain a license violates the Constitution by preventing law-abiding citizens with ordinary self-defense needs from exercising their Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms in public for self-defense.New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. Bruen had been a long-term case against NY's handgun-licensing law.New York courts defined "proper cause" to require applicants to show a "special need" to defend themselves and not just wanted to protect themselves.The plaintiffs claimed that the Second Amendment gives people the right to bear arms."Thus, the nation is split, with the Second Amendment alive and well in the vast middle of the nation, and those same rights disregarded near the coasts," Clement wrote on behalf of the New York State Rifle and Pistol Association, or NYSRPA, and two residents.This was the court's first case on gun rights since Justice Amy Coney Barrett joined the bench in October, making it a 6-3 conservative majority on the court.

(Kelsey Golden)Would you like 31 fries with that? One Texas mom got quite a surprise when she was delivered 31 McDonald’s cheeseburgers after her 2-year-old son accidentally ordered them on DoorDash. Kelsey Golden, the mother of Barrett, who she affectionately called "cheeseburger boy" during a chat with FOX TV Stations, said her son loves to look at his reflection on her phone. "So I was getting the phone and I was transferring the pictures from my phone to the computer and any time I have my phone out, or my computer out, Barrett just dashes right to it," Golden explained. Golden works at her two eldest children’s elementary school and was tasked with putting the yearbook together. As Golden worked away, Barrett took the opportunity to play with his mother’s phone, plus it gave her some reprieve from childrearing to work on her project. Barrett munching on one of 31 burgers he accidentally ordered.

NEWARK, Del. - A man was found shot to death on Christmas day in Newark, Delaware. Patrol officers were dispatched to the 600 block of Barrett's Lane in the community of Barrett's Run at approximately 7 p.m. on Saturday. They were responding to reports of shots being fired. When officers arrived, they found an 18-year-old male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
