PHILADELPHIA - Police have released new video they say shows a suspect in a double shooting that critically injured a pregnant woman late last week.The shooting occurred on Friday, May 13 around 11:43 a.m.

in West Philadelphia.Police say officers in the 39th District were flagged down by the victims, a 19-year-old woman and a 21-year-old man.

The male victim told police that he and his girlfriend, who is pregnant, were stopped in traffic at 46th and Market streets when a male suspect approached their vehicle and fired at them several times.

The woman was struck multiple times in the chest and groin and was hospitalized in critical condition. Her boyfriend was hospitalized in stable condition after he was struck once in the arm.

Police: Nine-year-old girl killed in crash that injured mother, sister in North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA - Philadelphia police are investigating a crash that left a nine-year-old dead and a mother and another child injured. According to authorities, the crash happened in the area of Germantown and Erie Avenues just before 11:30 p.m. Chief Inspector Scott Small says officers with the 25th District and paramedics responded to the scene and found a 2017 Honda Sedan that crashed into the back of a parked unattended minibus. The Honda, with three females inside, sustained heavy damage to the front of the vehicle, Small says. Police are investigating a crash in North Philadelphia at Germantown and Erie Avenues. Authorities say the driver, a 33-year-old woman, was transported to Temple Hospital with injuries to the face and a possible broken leg. The driver's two daughters, a seven-year-old and nine-year-old, were also in the car, according to police. Police say the two girls were transported to Saint Christopher's. The seven-year-old child is in stable condition with bumps and bruises, but the nine-year-old was pronounced dead at 11:50 p.m., Small says. Police are investigating the cause of the crash, but believe the Honda was traveling eastbound on the 1300 block of Erie Avenue. Authorities said accident investigators are processing the scene and parts of the Honda were found 100 feet west that are believed to have ended up there before the car crashed. PHILADELPHIA - Authorities say three people were killed in two different shooting that happened minutes apart Wednesday afternoon in Philadelphia. Officers from the Philadelphia Police Department were called to the 3000 block of Ella street just before 2 p.m. for reports of a shooting. Police say a 44-year-old man was shot at least seven times and a 40-year-old man suffered a lethal gunshot wound to the head. The younger victim was pronounced dead on the scene and the second victim was taken to Temple University Hospital where he died, police said. Minutes later, in Philadelphia's Nicetown-Tioga section were called to the 1600 block of West Erie Avenue where police say a 20-year-old man was shot to death.
