Strictly Come Dancing head judge Shirley Ballas has issued a health update to concerned fans after she sought medical advice for a lump under her arm.

The ballroom dancer revealed she was returning to the hospital again this week for more checks. Shirley, 61, said she needed full blood work to investigate as she listed her symptoms to fans.
