Ian Evatt believes there has been a 'significant shift' in the Bolton Wanderers squad towards taking the Covid-19 vaccine in light of events in the past few months.
The virus is causing postponements in fixtures up and down the football pyramid as the highly transmissible Omicron variant of the illness becomes prevalent.
