SANTEE, Calif. - A small plane crashed into a suburban Southern California neighborhood on Monday, injuring at least two people and setting two homes ablaze, authorities said.According to a spokesperson with the San Diego Sheriff’s Office, the Cessna plane reportedly hit a UPS truck and two houses, causing a fire to erupt.Two people received burn injuries, said Fire Chief John Garlow.
