NEW DELHI : Signs of ‘vaccine nationalism’ are apparent during the covid-19 pandemic with countries attempting to hoard vaccines by striking pre-purchase deals with manufacturing pharmaceutical companies.According to the data released at the148th session of the Executive Board of the World Health Organisation (WHO) on Monday, more than 39 million doses of vaccine have now been administered in at least 49 higher-income countries.
